Sorry means you learned from making a mistake. Even if it is another person, if you learned from your mistake you shouldn't do the same damn 5 more times.
Now your going to say "But I never bullied a new member that joined the forums, this is the first time" The point is, that you can be a dick, and you need to learn to consider other people before yourself sometimes.
