I'm pretty sure the message says "Banned for advertising." It says nothing about appealing which in my mind would mean no appeal.

When chall banned me, it said: Banned: Advertising. Appeal at mctopia.us. After the oped guys got onto the server, and inspiron reverted the info, I was unbanned, but inspiron immediately re-banned me, but must have forgot the appeal part.
