Personally I would prefer a retina scanner, in replacement of a DNA or fingerprint scanner. They can be faked if effort is put into it. Just have someone put their thumb into a mold and make a latex copy of it. And for DNA, just pluck a hair off of their head.

I have to switch from wifi and 3G all the time. My wifis IP is banned on the forums, so I have to use 3G
And 3G is slow.
