Haha, let me assure you, im the exception, not the rule! I'm pretty much the tallest in my grade (6'0 or 1.8m) and regretting being tall! I am not flexible or get aches and pains when I try.

And being tall isn't exactly great xD, like Jack said, being flexible isn't exactly easy. One thing that I learned though, is to do trigger point, a type of stretch that helps relax your muscles, and make it easier to be flexible. Look it up on YouTube. All you need to do it is use a stick, or foam roller
