all you have to to then is do these simple steps:
1)open your start menu
2) in the search bar(if you dont have a search bar open use your "run" program)
3)type "%appdata%"
4) select roaming
5) click .minecraft
6) click screen shots
7) select, and move photo to desired folder
8) post it
