the only way for the 3 strike your out thing to work would be, only staff have /jail. we have what? 6 admins (only 3 come on regularly) and one earned mod? i mean i guess a few people are trusted, do that makes the odds a little better. but even then, why would wewant it automated. i think what we should do, is set up some kind of conference, once a month, and talk about demotes, ban, etc. all the staff could come together and give there opinion

This is true, however at least you can plead your case online instead of watching people mock you and insult you via the DYN map.

I wouldn't.
Based on past times, you are more trustworthy, and he would get banned.
He would write that you framed him in his unbann app, and not get unbanned.
People could abuse the system to get other banned.
