I also said the server is falling apart because inspiron cares more about money then who get the ranks.

Look in the jail section. It is a few people being jailed over and over, scattered in with minor things, like a 1 hour homekill.
Jail isn't working for people.
I suggested a "three strikes you're out" idea, but it was shot down.
