I'm not giving up, I'll prove myself worthy for sure, but I thought Challenger was Inspi's deciding factor. I'm not giving up though, I have problems expressing myself on the forums...

Although... I was looking through posts and Emmy (Which I now feel stupid for quoting) said "I'm the final decider on staff applications... I thought there was some sort of Head-Admin, that is the official decider of who gets staff, as Inspiron isn't visibly on much.

I usually don't go to inspiron and say "Hey, make this guy mod" It usually goes along the lines of him throwing out names, and he asks my opinion on them, along with the rest of the community. Emmy honestly was not the "Deciding factor" She just felt like she was head admin, because she was always on. honestly it was up to all of the staffs inputs, and the opinions that they got from the community. It I can't just say "No, I don't want this guy to have it". Honestly, If Metazard wanted to, he could just get himself, and other admins to give inspiron there input, and it would completely throw my opinion out the window. It isn't just up to me.

Well then perhaps forum expression is a quality you can work on. It appears to be the only thing that requires work, haha. Your chances are still high, but if I were to recommend that you work on anything, it'd be your self-expression on the forums. Sometimes the things you say can come across as extremely different than what you want them to mean, most of the time in a negative sense.
