I don't know why Emma wouldn't kiss me. I haven't told her yet, but I can read minds. I know she wanted to.
While I watched her fly into the forest, I sat down and sighed. I didn't want to fight Amber, but what choice did I have?
I was all shaky, I hadn't had blood in almost 2 days. I jumped off the roof. I landed on my ankle and sprained it.
Emma had told me that I could turn into any animal, but I preferred to stay in human form. It took a lot of power to do anything else than read minds, and I wasn't good with controlling myself. I wish I was as good as being a vampire as Em. But, she's had a lot of practice. I heard a thud, but I assumed it was a bird.
After hunting, I felt full and sleepy. I headed into the new house. I went into Em's room, but she wasn't there. I felt magic coiling around me. It was like a blue blanket, willing me to go to sleep.
Sleeepy...I fell asleep on her bead, breathing in her scent.
