i thought your mod app was fantastic and i believe that you used just the right amount of info and that you will do great things as mod.

Why do you need Mod when you have all the commands anyway? You can already help the server much more than a Mod could.... Just doesn't seem necessary to me >.<

I think it's good that he wants to go from SD to mod just because it makes him feel more respected as to be part of the staff even if it does mean losing a few commands. This is what should be looked at whilst reading his app admins.
