How i found this server was i was browsing minecarft servers and i found it<br><br>Why i think i should be trusted is because i help i lot of people and i have been on this server a long time and i im friends with almost every body and i should get a higher rank to help other people and i will tell as much people about this server as i can so i think i should be trusted. I know I just became a mod so it isn't really my place, but I would like to bring up the case of Mtmoon's jailing. I understand he allegedly griefed fatboomer ( I am not aware of the full details). He was banned at some point, and then let back on the server only to be muted, unmuted and jailed for an extended period of time. When is his jailing period going to end? He is sorry for what he has allegedly (again, I did not see the damage personally) done, and I would like to request on his behalf for some more information on the status of his incarceration. I would not like to lose a friend from the server permanently.<br><br>It is in my opinion that several consecutive punishments all relating to the same crime is equivalent to cruel and unusual punishment... I also believe that multiple punishments for one crime falls under the category of double jeopardy. Is there any way that Mtmoon's punishment can cease at this point? If not, could someone please give a time/date of when his punishment will cease? <br><br>Griefing is a serious crime on Minecraft and should be punished, but there should also be a limit to the length of time and the severity of the punishment. <br><br>Please at least let us know when the jailing period is going to end. <img src="./images/smilies/icon_cry.gif" alt="" title="Crying or Very Sad"> <br><br>Sincerely and with the best intentions,<br>Neko6554

Hello! I'm Marshvegas. I'm very helpful to other people, including Fatboomer (Aka, Sarah). I've never thought once of griefing, and if I see someone griefing McTopia, I'll make sure to report him/her to a Mod or above. I've helped a few people get started by giving them a place to stay until they found resources. I know my place in McTopia and don't disrespect the Mods or Admins and especially not Mr.Inspiron. I know the rules well and wouldn't think of breaking them. I love having fun with other people (not in the dirty way <img src="./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing"> ) whether it be playing some Mob Arena or Spleef, or maybe helping out with a project. I have been playing on the McTopia server since maybe February I want to say? I'm not really sure but it's been a few months. I come on every single day (but haven't been able to for the past few weeks due to computer problems). I really hope you consider my application for being Trusted, and all I can say is I hope you respond soon!
